Quality and Environment protection policy

LUBSTAR, a.s.'s quality and environment protection policy is created by company management in order to form a set of rules focused on customer satisfaction, employee professionalism and maintaining the determined management system. Our vision is for our sales activities to keep growing and maintaining a stable position on the market. Our main goal is to be one of the leading companies in Europe in the sale of brand oils and lubricants, including providing professional counseling and service.

In purchasing, selling and distributing crude oil products and special chemicals and in providing technical servicing in this field, LUBSTAR, a.s. places great emphasis on health protection of people and the environment.

Customer satisfaction

• The satisfaction of our customers is the foundation for our company's prosperity, which is why each of our employees undertakes his duties taking account of the fact that a satisfied customer is one who returns because he has been convinced of the high quality of our products and services.
• Through appropriate communication, we strive to establish friendly relations with customers in order to continually determine their needs and wishes.
• If any products are returned or a complaint is made, each of our employees must proceed very carefully, being aware that a poorly chosen approach can lead to the customer losing trust in us.
• As part of our efforts to continually improve and perfect the activities we undertake, we will implement any related and effective ideas, advice and information in our quality management system as a precautionary measure.

Professionalism of our employees

• Company management will create the necessary conditions so that every worker can find satisfaction is his work for the company and is rewarded for work well done in a commensurate and motivating way. We consider improving our employees’ qualifications to be an essential condition for our company's development.
• Each employee must appreciate that, regardless of the efforts of management, he can only be satisfied with his work if he contributes to the success of the company through his good performance, interest in further training, discipline in keeping to internal regulations and his own activities.
